To be honest, I played the first 3 MK's as a kid to death.but they're really showing their age now.especially with the excellent MK9 that's been out for a short while now. it's tough to know how much time they're gonna take to fix all these problems on what's really just a $10 purchase that probably will only appeal to the people that already bought it.
and it's important to point out that as of right now, the online play is unplayable. which is fun for about 3 minutes until the headache starts. that and the ability to put scan lines in the game to give it an arcade appearance. pressing select gives you the special moves and finishers, as well as some combo strings for umk3, but that's as far as this game goes as far as extras. no trailers, no interviews, no cool little bonus extras.
